FULL INVENTORY

This report provides a detailed and accurate record of the condition of contents, fixtures, fittings and overall condition of a property, at the start of a tenancy. This include photographic digital pictures. This is agreed by both landlord and tenant. The same report is checked again at the end of a tenancy for any discrepancies.

CHECK IN
At the start of the tenancy a check-in report is compiled with the tenant present to ensure the full inventory provides an accurate description of the property.
Any discrepancies will be noted along with a list of utility meter readings.
Keys will be handed to the tenant.

INTERIM REPORT
An interim inspection of the property is carried out to confirm its overall condition and provide the agent/landlord with peace of mind.

CHECK OUT
At the end of the tenancy the property is compared to the original written inventory.
Any discrepancies are reported with the distinction being made between perceived damage and wear and tear.
